DUAL REGISTRATION (ALSO KNOWN AS CENTRAL REGISTRATION):
- Each player (elite, rep, select, house league) registers with BOTH the Local Association and Ontario Baseball Association.
- Before any player can be registered, the following must be reviewed, acknowledged and agreed to:
HOW IS THIS DONE?
Local Associations MUST include Ontario Baseball Association waivers so when the player is registering, they are registering both Locally and Provincially at the same time, completing the requirements above.
The process for ONLINE Registration is different than PAPER Registration.

- The Registration, Privacy Assurance and Consent form must be attached to your manual registration form and signed by the player (or by parent/legal guardian if the player is under 18).
- By including the above in your registration process you will be able to demonstrate compliance with the concussion awareness and player code of conduct requirements of Rowan's Law.

- House League: In conjunction with your insurance application (deadline of June 15th)
- Rep: by usual roster submission, initial submission due April 28th or 4 business days prior to your first game (whichever is later), final submission May 31st
- Select: by usual roster submission, deadline of June 30th
- House League registrations can be submitted by exporting your existing registration platform's data. All required information, including waivers and acknowledgements must be included in the submission.
