Provincials are awarded from the January board meeting onwards, annually.
No fee is required to host an OBA provinical.
The designated Tournament Convenor must be present throughout the tournament.
In submitting this application, the Host Association acknowledges and agrees that Baseball Ontario sponsors may attend the tournament at the sponsor's cost, including promoting their business and/or making available product for either sale or giveaway.
