Interested in becoming an NCCP CD?
Coach Developers are NCCP clinic course conductors who train coaches to become NCCP certified.
All applicants must be Baseball Canada 16U (plus) Certified in order to be considered for this training session. Check your certification here.
The Hybrid CD Training session will take place January 27-29, 2023. The hybrid approach means that some content will be delivered on line, and some be in-person. Depending on interest, we’ll determine the final delivery plan and share with candidates when acceptance is communicated.
Participants must be prepared to start Friday at 3:45 pm. The training is a total of 23 hours over the weekend and full attendance is required.
The deadline to apply is Thursday, January 5th. Coaches will be notified by January 16th of their acceptance. The fee of $250 is payable by cheque or e-transfer upon confirmation of acceptance.

Did you know the best way to give back while enhancing your own skills is to teach?
Instructors are paid the equivalent of $25/hr to instruct, plus approved expenses for in-person clinics. For virtual clinics, you will also work with a moderator who will handle all the technolgy for the clinic, and trouble-shoot any issues the participants might have.
NCCP Coach Developers are experts in learning, as well as coaching who are directly responsible for the development of coaches.
Baseball Ontario reviews the need for new LF's annually, and will post information here if it is determined that a training session will take place.
