NOMINATION PROCESS
Deadline: SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 1ST
Instructions to complete the Nomination Package
Nominations must include a summary of accomplishments by the Nominee.
To be considered, nominations must include photos and articles/social media of the nominee for use during the induction ceremony at the annual awards gala.
Missing information will result in the submission being rejected.
Should a nomination not be successful in the year it was submitted, that nomination form will remain in the active file for future consideration.
Player
1. The player must have been born in Ontario or resided in the province during the period of outstanding performance over a lengthy period. Any such accomplishment must have included a playing career in an Ontario Baseball Association program.

Builder
2. A builder must have been born in Ontario or have resided in the province during the period of outstanding contribution and must have demonstrated exceptional service to baseball over a lengthy period. (Builder includes officials, writers, broadcasters, and executives.)

3. Teams representing a particular community or province with distinction will be considered. The recognition of such teams must exceed more than one year.

4. Nominations for the “Special” category can include teams of a single year’s accomplishments and groups of players or builders who have made a significant contribution.

The Ontario Baseball Association Hall of Fame Committee shall make the final decision on what information received by the Nominator, Supporters and or Inductee will be used at the Induction Ceremony.
