Rep Voting Delegates Declaration

This section of the Delegate Declaration Form is to be completed by the the Affiliated Association Secretary.

The email address provided for each delegate is the one that will be used to grant them access to the voting platform and cannot be changed. Please ensure accuracy of all information before submission. Only delegates registered by their affiliate by January 27th will have access to the voting tools.

Each Affiliated Association in good standing shall be entitled to the following votes:

Affiliated Associations with more than 24 teams	4 votes
Affiliated Associations with 15 to 24 teams	3 votes
Affiliated Associations with 6 to 14 teams	2 votes
Affiliated Associations with 1 to 5 teams	1 vote

Board Members, Rep Direct Entries, Life Members, Honorary Members, Past Presidents and each member of Rep Council shall be entitled to one (1) vote as a Rep Member.
