We are pleased to offer an opportunity again this year for Level 3 umpires to receive on-field evaluations from a team of Baseball Ontario Senior and Master Course Conductors as part of an 18U Fall Showcase being held in Brampton from September 29th - October 1st.
This is a great opportunity for Level 3 umpires to receive detailed feedback over the course of games as both base and plate umpires. Feedback will focus on strengths as well as identify specific areas for continued development. Based on performance, umpires may also be considered for invitation to the 2023 Level 4 Clinic.
Umpires will need to be available for at least 2 games between September 29th and October 1st as our goal is for each umpire to receive at least 2 evaluation games. We are pleased to be able to offer this opportunity at no charge to selected umpires. Game fees are not paid for evaluation games.
There will be a pre-event virtual meeting for all accepted umpires to share process, expectations and Q&A. This session will be recorded and shared with those participants who cannot attend live.
