2024 Select Provincial Tournament Entry Form
Teams desiring to participate in the 2024 Select Division Provincial Tournaments must apply to do so by June 30th.
Provincial Tournaments will be hosted for both House League Select and Dedicated Select Divisions at 9U, 11U, 13U, 15U and 18U.
Teams who are part of an established Select Loop can apply directly, however said application does not bypass any established loop play-down procedures.
The 2024 entry fee is $500 per team, including host teams.
